One of the main features of the Rotary Trolley kiln, which we are selling, is the high efficiency provided by the even heat distribution, regular circulation and well-designed heat exchangers. Thanks to this heat exchanger used, it is possible to obtain a product with the desired feature of high heat saving compared to similar machines in its class. The combustion chamber (hell) is made of special alloyed stainless steel, which is heat resistant to more than 1000 degrees Celsius. Thanks to the cassette steam system, it produces high levels of steam to ensure that every ceiling is adequately fed. After the product is cooked, a hood and aspirator system are available in the oven to prevent hot air and steam from dispersing into the workshop. Front panels, cooking cabinet and hoods are completely made of stainless steel sheet, and rust and blackening definitely do not occur. The interior lighting system placed on the doors provides excellent lighting compared to other ovens. Optionally, a touch, digital or manual control panel can be installed. Oven maintenance, installation and use is easier when compared to similar machines in its class. It is highly recommended to use a water softener unit in ovens.
